Many of our families are finding that their health insurance plan covers our
services in some way. We only file claims on services covered by companies in
whose network we are members. We currently belong to the following
networks:
Aetna: We currently have an agreement with Aetna and, as such, we file
claims for most Aetna plans. If you are on an Aetna plan and would like to
find out if your plan will cover our services, please contact our office
manager, Kathryn Pena, at 972-212-6504.
United Behavioral Health: We currently have an agreement with UBH
and, therefore, we do file UBH claims. If your insurance company uses UBH
for ABA services, and you would like to find out if your plan will cover our
services, please contact our office manager, Kathryn Pena, at 972-212-6504.
We are an approved provider for Tricare. However, families will need to go
ahead and pay for services when payment is due and then file the claim with
Tricare for reimbursement.
Other companies have and/or currently are covering our services, some as
out-of-network, and others as in-network through a single-case agreement.
This is done on a reimbursement basis, meaning that the family pays for the
services when they are due and then they file a claim with their insurance
company. The insurance company then directly reimburses the family for their
payment.
